Paid features may be sold as subscriptions, credit packages, or other one-time purchases. Prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, taxes, and included usage are shown at checkout or on the pricing page before payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel a subscription from your account billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Because LMSpeed provides digital services and credits are delivered immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable once access, subscription time, or credits have been delivered or used, except where required by law or where one of the exceptions below applies.
We may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, a confirmed billing error, or a verified service outage caused by us that materially prevents access to paid services for an extended period. Unused credit purchases made by mistake may be reviewed if you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We do not provide refunds for consumed credits, partially used subscription periods, accounts terminated for violating these Terms, or issues caused by third-party model providers outside our control.
To submit a refund request, contact us with your account email, transaction ID or receipt, and the reason for the request. We will review eligible requests and, if approved, return funds to the original payment method where possible.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
